Given that this restaurant was in an historically important and stunning medieval village of special interest to tourists, we thought dinner was going to be touristy and 'just ok'. How wrong were we. The menu, food quality, creativity, service, and value made this our best dining experience so far in France. We were a group of eight enjoying dinner in the flower-scented warmth of an August evening, and our waitress was charming, funny, and superbly professional. Jaw dropping flavours and composition!
