I've been going to this place since it opened and I'm getting more and more disappointed. The reception of waitresses is increasingly average and that of the non-existent boss. when you take your coffee in the middle of the guests, a little hello and smile costs nothing! about sandwiches why put mayonnaise in the curry chicken for example. It spoils this sandwich... even for desserts, it would be good to specify in the fruit flan that there is chocolate! about the color of the fries at the end of the week, you can imagine a very used cooking oil. It would be appreciated if the tables were cleaned between each client and the vide bins. When you want to place your tray, it's overflowing from everywhere!I appreciate this establishment but for a few months I've been more and more disappointed.

60€ for 2 adults and 1 child is a little expensive! Especially that it's not big kitchen. A lot of noise, we barely get to talk. not a lot of choice at the level of the dishes, it's a shame because the decor is very nice

Service à revoir. Le serveur n'était pas pressé de prendre notre commande... Du coup le 1er plat à été servi plus d'une heure après notre arrivée. Concernant la viande, elle a été jugée standard par ceux qui en ont mangé.

pas de chance,je suis tombée sur un plat dégueulasse(escalope Firenze),à eviter:viande archi-cuite et baignant dans le gras servi avec des pâtes trop cuites et sans assaisonnements.Je vous conseille les pizzas...

Don't know why so many people slag this place. We chose to eat here guessing that it would open sooner than the highly rated Le Montagnard in Poitiers (opens at 7:45pm).And to be fair, while they don't serve an authentic Swiss fondue or raclette here, they really pile on the ingredients, which makes it even more tasty than the traditional fare.The only reason the reviews are so bad is that people are comparing against a traditional restaurant, when it's more like the French version of iHop or Denny's. But for us foreigners, because the base food is potatoes instead of pancakes, the fare actually makes for a tasty change from the cream and sauces found in traditional French food!The prices are in line with IHOP too, and given they open before 7pm, this is the place to go if you want to eat at times you're accustomed to normally back home. As for the allegedly bad service, I found it to be cordial and even friendly!

We slept and ate in the plaza for the second time. we have benefited from the indoor pool and fully rebuilt rooms. Restaurant side, nice menu with buffet menus (1, 2 or 3 buffets). full of choices, with rather good fresh products. And the chocolate fountain! What a treat!
