Ce restaurant a peut-être mérité sa place dans le guide rouge, mais nous lui envoyons un carton rouge pour annuler une réservation le soir même car il n'était pas rempli le 14 juillet sans aucune excuse ni attention quand notre maman de 91 ans a de nouveau servi le 15 juillet ce que personnellement nous n'aurions pas fait.

long ago I wanted to test this star table, my wife's birthday was a great opportunity but perhaps the period was badly chosen. That's the question I'm asking after that dinner. the reception and the room is warm. the map well explained and finally the formulas not so frozen that it appears there. It's all starting well. the first doubts happen with the mouthing that we find quite little cooked. we chose a menu with 2 admissions, a dish and a dessert for 88€ accompanied by wine with glass charged 7€ each. The dishes come in, pretty quickly I have to say. we delight as we go through the gastronomic ballad. Of course nothing has to say about the freshness and quality of the products, or even on the cooking but everything seems flat enough. the two-way dressage ready is sad. Nothing explodes in the mouth... it's disappointment. nothing seems precise to the sommelier who is obliged to go to the label of the bottle when I ask him what house is the wine he had just served us. A dried glass. an overall impression that asks us about the star. Maybe we came to the wrong night but for us such an addition for such a meal is not justified.

I visited Le Forest with a colleague and some customers who recommended it. It was a nice day and we sat outside. This is nice location at the edge of the industrial estate and it was nice to see the horses that are trained in the riding school connected to it. The food was very good and I can especially recommended the salmon salad which was really good. Our customers had the Welsh which is a local disband they all enjoyed it.
